Cycles Costin Bikes 



        • Are there several sizes of bikes? Our bikes are selling in unique size with the possibility of settling the height of the saddle and the handlebars.

        • Can I fix a carrier or a front basket on my bike? Yes, our bikes are conform with standard accessories. 

Delivery

        • How much does the delivery cost? The delivery is offered to Germany, England, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands (under condition of accessibility by our carriers).

        • If my country is not concerned ? Contact us directly on our email address contact@costin.fr
        • How much time does it take to the delivery ? After receiving your order the bicycle will be shipped by our partner to yourhome. The bike will arrive within 4 to 6 business days.

        • Can I decide of the delivery day ? Yes, our shipping agent will get in touch with you, and you will choose your delivery day. 
        • Can I take out my bike totally assembled ? If you want your bike totally assembled, you can pick it in our office in Paris.

Assembly

        • How are sent bikes ? Bikes arrive 90% assembled in a big reinforced cardboard.

        • Is it easy to assembly ? You won't have to be a bike mechanic to do it. We will include all instructions and tools you need to make it happen. You have 4 steps : to mount the pedals, to fix the front wheel, to adjust the handlebar and saddle. 

        • Are the tools of assembly supplied with the bike? ? Yes, they are.

        • Who do I contact if I have a problem ? Our team is always available seven days a week, over the phone (+33 6 49 85 63 00) or on email (contact@costin.fr) to help you out.

Order

        • How to modify or to cancel my order ?Please contact us in contact@costin.fr as quickly as possible, thanks to that we will modify or cancel your order prior to shipment.

        • In case of cancellation, am I refunded ? In case of cancellation, we refund entirely your order. If the order is already shipped, we will refund at the back reception of our bike. 
        • How do I organize a return? If you want to return the product, you will be refunded with the exception of the return cost. The customer takes care to return the product packed in a way that cannot be damaged and the transport can be followed. When the product is back, we have to check the perfect function, and we will give you back your money. Please contact us by e-mail to obtain the return address. 

Payment options 

        • How can I pay my Cycles Costing The payment is oneline by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express).  At this moment we do not accept to be paied in several instalments.
        •  Can I ask for the tax free ?  Not yet.

Guarantee

          • For how long is the bike guaranteed ?Cycles costin guarantees each bike for 2 years. This warranty does not cover wearing parts like the chain, the brake pads, tyres excepted if there is a defect in the manufacturing process.
